Shipping policy

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

We reserve the right to ship products at a later date if the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered the option of a full refund instead of delivery of the product.

Orders will be sent via "CTT Correios de Portugal", by registered mail, with the following deadlines after dispatch:

Portugal Mainland and Islands - 2 to 3 business days
Europe - 4 to 6 business days
International - 6 to 10 working days variable, depending on the place of origin of the order.

After a second failed delivery attempt and the order is returned again, it will only be sent again after payment of shipping costs.
